Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped 1x a week due to COVID-19. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. Tracking information is provided upon processing the shipment. Be sure to check that the correct billing and shipping addresses are provided as Hesperios is not able to reroute packages. If you would like a link that will direct you to updated tracking information please email hello@hesperios.com for more information. Hesperios is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to the force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

HESPERIOS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. Hesperios offers a full refund within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Items are not eligible for a refund after 7 days on which you or a third party other than the carrier received the item. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. All intimates and sale items are final sale, not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Returns must meet this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives at Hesperios safely, as we are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as return shipping fees are not covered by Hesperios.

HESPERIOS EXCHANGES

Within 14 days of receiving your items, Hesperios allows for Hesperios items to be exchanged at an equal or greater value. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. Exchanges must meet this policy in order to be eligible for an exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives at Hesperios safely, as we are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Hesperios offers 1 complimentary domestic shipping for the new item exchanged.

3RD PARTY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Hesperios is not responsible for any shipping or return fees of 3rd party products. Beauty and art products are final sale.

REFUND

To prevent fraud, the refund can only be processed to the credit card that was used to place the original order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items, or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier. Please allow 14 days for refund payment to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender. We recommend using an insured service with tracking capability. Hesperios is not responsible for any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Hesperios is not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Refused or unopened return packages are subject to a restocking fee or return shipping charges.

ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE STEPS

– Contact hello@hesperios.com to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the nature of the return (eg. wrong size, fit, etc.).
– Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. All intimates and sale items are final sale, not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Returns must meet this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Once approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. Hesperios can provide a trackable return label for domestic orders. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
– Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase.
